DAY WISE ITINERARY

DAY 01: VIENTIANE ARRIVAL 

Upon your arrival at the airport in Vientiane. Asiana Travel local guide will pick you up at  international airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Free at your leisure to explore the  city. Overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

DAY 02: VIENTIANE CITY TOUR 

After breakfast, we start visiting the major sights of the capital; including the oldest Wat  Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat  PraKeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the  famous and sacred structure of That Luang stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the  imposing Patuxai which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de  Triomphe before doing shopping at Morning Market / Lao textile then we head out to the  Mekong Riverside for the sunset. Overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

DAY 03: VIENTIANE – LUANG PRABANG 

After breakfast at hotel, check out and transfer to the airport to take onwards flight to  Luang Prabang. Upon arrival, visit stupa of Wat Visoun, the shrines of Wat  Aham and Wat Mai; climb up the top of Mount Phousi: explore gilded stupa, view sunset  over city and Mekong; then visit Night Street Market for handmade textiles of hill people.  Sunset at Pu Shi hill. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

DAY 04: LUANG PRABANG – KHOUANG SI WATER FALLS – PAK OU CAVES Whole day: Rise early and see monks receiving offerings, visit Phosi Market, then  continue to the Khouangsi waterfalls; along the way visit minority villages Ban Na  Oun, Ban Ou and Ban Thapene; splash around in the pools near the waterfalls, on  returning to Luang Prabang stop at the weaving village of Ban Phanom. In the  afternoon, take a boat trip on the Mekong to the Pak Ou caves; along the way stop  at Ban Kanghai village to taste the local rice wine; on returning to Luang Prabang stop  at Ban Xang Khong. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

DAY 05: LUANG PRABANG DEPARTURE

After breakfast, you are free for shopping until transfer to the airport to take your  departure flight to your home. End of services.

• Additional cost that will be incurred for transfers other than specified in the inclusions.
• Any high season surcharge that may be imposed by the hotel.
• Porte rage at hotels, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges and all items of personal nature and also food drinks not forming part of the group menus.
• Any increase in airfare / taxes routing charged by airlines on your ticket.
• Any increase in visa fees.

Important Notes: 

• No booking has been made as of now, hence all services are subject to availability upon confirmation.
• In case asked Refundable Deposit Payment / Credit Card for Guarantee need to be provided at the Hotel.
• Telephones – Suggest to buy a local SIM card, which are easily available by showing your passport at the airport
• There are no refunds for any unutilized services on tour.
• Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
• It is advisable to carry an international travel adapter to avoid any inconvenience.
• Travel Light 20Kg checked in luggage & 7Kg hand luggage per person is allowed in the flight.

Cancellations Policy & Charges: 

• Prior to 45days prior to Departure Date     : Booking Deposit is non refundable
• Between 44–16days prior to Dep Date    : 50% of the total package cost
• Within 15days to Dep Date            : 100% of total package cost
