ONLINE PAYMENT
For booking services on this sight payment is required to be made in advance for receiving the booking confirmation and reservation Voucher.
You can make use of secured payment method/s available online on this website for payment.
If you make a reservation through www.citrontours.ae , you will receive payment confirmation and booking voucher that will be sent to the email address you have entered.
Confirmation and voucher is only sent via email if the payment is received successfully at our end.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The website has different refund policies depending on the service/s booked.
Please read cancellation policy of the service you wish to book carefully.
Any refundable service/s booked can be cancelled 15 days prior to the tour date with 100% refund.
Any refundable service booked can be cancelled 7 days prior to the tour date with 50% refund.
Park or attraction ticket/s may not be refundable depending on the service selected.
Non-refundable service that are mentioned so on the website will not be refunded once the booking is finalized.
Please contact customer service agent/s for refund of any service/s booked with them and paid using any other payment methods.
Terms on other payment methods may differ as per the payment method used.
No refund will be provided for No show/ last moment cancellation of any service/s.
No refund will be provided for partial usage of the service/s booked.
Please make sure you get the cancellation confirmation and refund acknowledgement for any cancellation requested.
