DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day: 1 Las Vegas – Check into HOTEL PARIS/ LIMO RIDE (D)

Welcome to LAS VEGAS!!!! Our representative will be at the airport for pick up. Check into Hotel PARIS.

Meet your tour manager at 6 pm in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Dinner will be at Indian restaurant (walking distance from the hotel). After your dinner, Explore the bright lights of the famous Las Vegas Strip in a stretch limousine where you will have an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour.
Overnight at hotel.

Day: 2 Las Vegas – OPTIONAL GRAND CANYON (B, D)

Today is a free day on own. If you have booked your Grand Canyon through us, our Tour manager will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour and Breakfast will be packed for those passengers taking the Grand Canyon coach tours. For passengers, choosing to not take the Grand Canyon, we will be giving $20 cash per person towards breakfast.

Meet your Tour manager in the evening for Dinner at Indian restaurant. Evening is free to explore. Overnight at hotel.
There will be no coach this day!!!

Day: 3 Los Angeles – City tour of LA (B, D)

After buffet breakfast at the hotel, have an early start & depart for Los Angeles. Enjoy some retail therapy at ONTARIO MILLS.
Proceed to do the city tour of Los Angeles. Enjoy a guided tour of Los Angeles with our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of Avenue of Stars, Dolby theater, and rodeo drive. Enjoy a wonderful dinner at an Indian restaurant. Check into Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day: 4 Los Angeles – Universal Studios (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to enjoy a fun filled day at Universal Studios. This Sprawling Amusement park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops and one of the oldest real working movie studios in use is a unique & fun filled experience for the whole family. We will leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 3 pm) to proceed to Bakersfield, CA.

Dinner at Indian restaurant on the way. Overnight at Hotel in Bakersfield, CA.

Day: 5 YOSEMITE and drive to San Francisco(B, D)

Today after breakfast, drive from Bakersfield to Yosemite National park (5 hours drive approximately). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, Sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Marvel at the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife and geology of Yosemite Valley’s most famous sights.

From here drive to San Mateo (approximately 4 1/2 hours) to check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant en-route. Overnight at Hotel.

Day: 6 San Francisco – Bay Bridge/City Tour/Cable Car (B,D)

You will have a full day to enjoy in San Francisco today. After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the amazing skyline of San Francisco on BAY CRUISE with spectacular views of Alcatraz, Golden Gate bridge & Bay Bridge. Lunch on own.
Enjoy and Discover San Francisco’s Biggest landmarks and attractions in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. The Flyer SF is the perfect way to start the city tour of this beautiful and vibrant city.

Your city tour guide today will cover all the major highlights of this beautiful city in an in-depth city tour. Enjoy a wonderful ride aboard Cable car (the world’s last manually operated Cable car system- if operational).

Day: 7 BOOK YOUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT (B)

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11 am). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Please check with the bell desk regarding shuttle timings.

If you have any early flight & no shuttle is operational, please take a cab on your own.

Booking Procedure: 

• To book & confirm you tour        : Pay 25% of the total package cost
• 45days prior to the travel date    : Pay 50% of the total package cost
• 25days prior to the travel date    : Pay 100% of total package cost

• Mandatory Tips
• Any item/ service not mentioned in the service inclusions column
• Additional cost that will be incurred for transfers other than specified in the inclusions.
• Any high season surcharge that may be imposed by the hotel.
• Porte rage at hotels, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges and all items of personal nature and also food drinks not forming part of the group menus.
• Any increase in airfare / taxes routing charged by airlines on your ticket.
• Any increase in visa fees.

Important Notes: 

• No booking has been made as of now, hence all services are subject to availability upon confirmation.
• In case asked Refundable Deposit Payment / Credit Card for Guarantee need to be provided at the Hotel.
• Telephones – Suggest to buy a local SIM card, which are easily available by showing your passport at the airport
• There are no refunds for any unutilized services on tour.
• Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
• It is advisable to carry an international travel adapter to avoid any inconvenience.
• Travel Light 20Kg checked in luggage & 7Kg hand luggage per person is allowed in the flight.

Cancellations Policy & Charges: 

• Prior to 45days prior to Departure Date     : Booking Deposit is non refundable
• Between 44–16days prior to Dep Date    : 50% of the total package cost
• Within 15days to Dep Date            : 100% of total package cost
