• Flexible payment options available, up to 4 instalments.
• Full payment must be settled 30 days prior to departure.
• Booking documents: Passport and Emirates ID (original documents must be carried at the time of travel).
• For Almaty, selected nationals who are UAE residents with a passport valid for at least 6 months are eligible for Visa on Arrival.
• Travelers are requested to carry USD 500 as show money in hard cash for Visa on Arrival destinations.
• Airline baggage allowance: One piece of check-in luggage and one piece of hand carry are permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If available, additional charges may apply.
• Guests are advised to pack clothing suitable for the season and prevailing weather conditions.
• The travel company shall not be held responsible if a client is refused boarding at departure by airport, immigration, or emigration authorities for reasons beyond our control.
• Force Majeure: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the package due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Airport pickup upon arrival at the destination is valid for 90 minutes from the flight’s arrival time.
• Room preferences (connecting rooms, views, balconies, etc.) are subject to availability at the hotel.
• Most international hotels offer continental breakfast with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, usually served between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Local transfers will be provided on an SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis and will follow the finalized itinerary.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered, except when required by the local operator due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes may incur additional costs, payable locally.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.
• As a travel house / tour operator, we have no control over airlines, railways, coach services, shipping companies, or any other facilities provided by third-party suppliers.
